Submission Rules

| R1 | Single Track Only | May not be submitted to the Innovation Track simultaneously. |
| R2 | Original Work | Must be developed by the submitting team. Third-party libraries are fine; submitting others' work as your own is not. |
| R3 | Data Licensing | All data used must be legally licensed. Proprietary datasets must be declared. |
| R4 | English Only | All written content must be in English. |
